Positive Thoughts and prayers please

Hey ladies, so I am on my way to the OB triage at my hospital. I had a very very small amount of bleeding last night so I called and left a message for the doctor. They just called back and told me to go to the hospital.

I am freaking out and to make things worse DH is out of town for work until the end of April, luckily my brother is going to go with me. So please send me prayers vibes thoughts whatever it is I'll appreciate it.
