Never again!!

I forgot the membrane for my breast pump! I've been at work for almost 7 hours now and have only been able to hand express a little to ease the pressure. Soooo uncomfortable!

I even tried using a plastic bag as the membrane. Folded over a couple times,it gave me a little suction, but not nearly enough.

I am NEVER again forgetting any part of my pump!!!!!

    I just got off work and came home to find LO finishing up a bottle. So I'm sitting here pumping....FINALLY. It's been almost 12 hours since LO woke me right before my alarm and nursed an hour before I went into work!

    I'm scared I will do this too. Every morning I check my bag a few times to be sure I have everything. I just ordered an extra set of parts earlier this week...one for home and one for work.

    I'm so scared this will happen. I actually took a hand pump and some medela bags to school today and left them in my desk just in case I forget my pump one day.

    Buy a hand pump!!! I love mine. I use it daily. It was 30 at Target. Medela brand. You may find it on Amazon cheaper. It goes everywhere when I travel and has helped me in just your situation. Good luck!

    I forgot my tubing last week! fortunately I work within walking distance of a lactation consultant office...so I was able to buy a new set of tubing! I can't imagine how uncomfortable that would have been otherwise!
