Anyone else having problems with contacts?

The last 2 days I am really having trouble getting my contacts in and comfortable.  Yesterday I switched to a new pair and that seemed to be ok after having them in for an hour or so, today I haven't been able to keep them in for very long at all.  Thinking that if I have problems tomorrow, maybe I'll go into the eye doctor and I"ll try to wear glasses more - just wondering if this could be pregnancy related.

  • *raises hand* I notice my eyes tend to dry out more when I'm pregnant. I usually have at least some issues with my contacts. Plus, my script has changed each time. And, I needed a new script (especially for my glasses) when I found out I was pregnant. So,
  • My eyes have been extra dry the past week or so. I attributed most of it to allergies but I am not having other symptoms along with it. I am hoping it passes soon. I keep saline and drops with me in the mean time.

  • Thanks everyone - I've also noticed that my vision was getting worse, but I had read about that somewhere.  Guessing today is going to be a glasses day.  I also have been having some allergy problems, so maybe its a combination of things.

  • I haven't been able to wear my contacts since I got pregnant. They're so uncomfortable and my eyes are so dry.
