I found this article to be very interesting.
I've often joked how once I know I'm done physically trying to have children, it would be nice if we could just program our bodies to stop bleeding. It looks like we might be among a generation of women who will be constantly checking our E2 and FSH numbers to see if we can still breed and when we've reached the end of the line.
What do you think? Would you like to know exactly when you'll stop menstruating?

I recently read an article that said AMH could be used to do the same thing...
Basically said that AMH becomes undetectable about 5 years before final period.
