I don't have a LO2 yet (and I'm not pregnant either), but I am working on it. I would really like our children to not be more than 2.5 years apart, and I'd like them to be less than 2 years apart.

It took us a while and 2 miscarriages to have #1, so we were kind of mentally prepared for the same to happen when we started trying for #2. Our original plan was to start TTC when #1 was a year old. We then decided to stop preventing around 10 months
With DD it took us 3 cycles to get pregnant. After her pregnancy, we decided to use LAM (breastfeeding with strict guidelines) as our only birth control. It's 98% effective, but I'm in the minority because my period returned after 3.5 months. Sigh!

Mine was not planned. When DD was 9months I got my period back. We weren't trying, but also weren't avoiding, and we got pregnant my first cycle. My kids are 18months apart, and I think it's perfect. DD was a really good sleeper
