For any of y'all who had a c-section, what ab workouts have you done that have helped get your tummies back in shape? I've been reading that crunches aren't a good thing to do..??? I feel like my tummy is in decent shape now, but I still have this flabby pouch when I bend over. Any advice? TIA

I had a c/s too and my OB said any exercises are fine - just listen to your body and if you can only do 5 crunches, don't push it too far.
I started Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer and did really well with it. I just took it easy on the ab work
