Is anyone else still getting a lot of charley horses? I had them a lot while pregnant with #2. Now, I'm trying to get in shape, but one wrong step and my feet will spasm for hours. It's really getting annoying.
Anyone else have this issue and figure it out? Maybe I need a new pair of shoes and more bananas/water?
