Moms of boys: haircuts

Who takes your DS for a haircut? You or DH?

I want DH to take DS, and DS really needs a haircut now. It's been 3 months, and DS's hair is too straight too let it get shaggy. DH doesn't understand why I want him to take care of it. (Honestly, I just want DH to take something as HIS responsibility and as something that HE does with DS, just the two of them, no girls allowed.)

So....how do you do it in your family?

    Whoever is available to take them when they need it. Never something that we have given much thought to.

    We both took him, sometimes I had to ask DH, other times he just took him without me knowing.  I started cutting his hair kn November because we were going in every 3 maybe 4 weeks if we were lazy.  Ty has really thick hair that grows super fast

    Thanks for the feedback.... I guess my desire for DH to do it doesn't really make sense unless I described our relationship dynamic and wrote out a really long vent about a few things that have been bugging me lately.

    I cut the boys hair. They have curls that are very forgiving. I usually use a 5 for the back and sides then use scissors for the top, around their ears, and the back of their necks.

    Not a mom of a boy, but I totally get that you want DH and DS to have a "thing" of their own.  Something that DH owns as a responsibility, and just the two of them do together.  I have wanted this since DD was born - I often hear about dads b
