Big accident today it was my fault

I had just bathed my princess I was drying her off and putting on her lotion, she is a wiggler so it can be a battle. I noticed that the tiny cap on her triamcinolone medicated ointment was missing, I screamed for my husband to come, I was almost too scared to look in her mouth. To my horror there it was, the little white cap was in her mouth. I quickly got it out and became hysterical. I try so SO hard to keep her safe from everything and here I go making the biggest mistake yet. I want to hide in a dark closet and sob in shame. But I am so grateful to God that my precious girl did not swallow it.

    I'm happy she's ok, but don't stress trust me we all have our moments. Bet you don't make that mistake again :) Live & learn.

    I hope I dont sound snarky, but seriously. Shiz happens.

    I have pulled lord knows what out of my kids mouth. I mean, of course you want to be careful, but if this is the biggest thing you do wrong, I think you're ok.

    Don't feel bad about it; it has happened to all of us, lol. My 14 month old climbed on top of his music table and jumped off and gave himself a black eye just before we were leaving to take my newborn daughter to her pediatrician appointment.  I

    Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm sure much worse will happen. This will be nothing!

    DS can climb up stairs with ease, but he can't get down. He gets distracted and tries to sit or stand without holding on or looks through the spindles, etc.

    Happens to us all, so don't be so hard on yourself.  If it makes you feel any better, during a middle-of-the-night diaper change the other night, my DD was eating a piece of sh!t.  Yep, MOTY here!

    LO rolled off the bed yesterday while I was getting her bath ready. I cried and cried. She's 100 fine and so is your LO. Accidents happen. :

    Don't feel too bad. On Easter, DS was chewing on a squishy truck toy thing at my grandmother's house. I was sitting behind him while he chewed away. Well, my sister walked into the room, sat down next to us and asked if he had something in his mouth.</

    Well all make mistakes hun, and its ok because SHE is ok. This is also a good lesson for mom! Now you know just how easliy she can get things, and it won't ever happen again. I had a bath incident with my LO. I was taking a bath with her, and blew on her

    I can't even start to list the weird things that I take out of both of their mouths.  Usually it's wires or ends of wires because they are good at unplugging things.  The list also includes:

    My son ate a battery a couple months ago.

    He broke open a toy that was screwed shut and approved for his age.  Moral of the story- sh!t happens!

    And more sh!t will happen, lol... and she'll be just fine!</d
