I got judged today!

Let me preface this with a reminder that I live in Alaska. We view weather differently here. LOL

Ok, so it's 40 degrees today. Not only were both Alice and I in short sleeves, if I could find a pair of shorts that my fat self would still fit into, I'd have worn them. It's bright and sunny, with a big few puffy clouds. Snow is melting so fast we have lakes instead of roads. Seriously, this was taken a few miles from my house yesterday:

Anyway, I was grocery shopping today. Alice was in the Ergo, and I was walking out to the truck. This snooty old lady walked by us and just stared at me. Then she made a big show of bundling up her coat around her and said to me "Brrr!! Ooh it's SO CHILLY out here!" Then looked pointedly at Alice. I rolled my eyes and kept walking.

The girl was in the Ergo, securely settled against my belly and chest (which was double layered even. I wear a tank top under my t-shirts). Her arms were in, so they weren't even getting cold air. She was in jeans and socks. She was actually kinda sweaty when I took her out of the Ergo.

Snooty old hag anyway.

People (especially old) are so concerned. I took DS to the beach for Easter mass. It was high 60's he was in his footed pjs, sleepsack, and under a blanket. I kept getting harassed to cover his head.
