No appetite after shots?

LO took his shots yesterday at 11:00. He didn't cry as much this time and wasn't too fussy at home. He seemed to be eating normal up until this morning. Last bottle was at 8:30 AM 4oz and he had only drank 3oz since then. He didn't even want it that much. Is that normal?? He did wake up twice last night to feed and once in the morning drinking 4oz each time.
