Doula?

Has anyone used a doula in Dallas or is anyone planning to? I am researching them and while I like the idea of using a doula I am not set one way or another. I'd love to hear any thoughts or past experiences people have had.

    With that being said, we did not use a doula, but we did take a 12 week couples course that prepared us for birth and taught my husband how to be an ex
