Has anyone heard of these or tried them for your LO? I hear they are easy for them to eat regardless of if they have teeth or not and it is a good "solid" to introduce them to. Are they suppose to be sort of like little cheerios or something?
I just bought the Kroger brand of these today. They are kind of like Cheerios only come in flavors (Sweet Potato, Blueberry, Strawberry, etc.) and they disolve pretty quickly. Pedi said that LO could start eating them now. I put one in LOs mouth

Try a few not much taste to them but are good for developing motor skills. My LO was iffy about them at first but will now eat 2 or 3 at a time. Still working on Trying to get her to pick up and put in her mouth they are so small I think they start to d
They also have yogurt melts! DS loves these. They have a little more flavor to them. There are several generic brands (depending on the store you shop at) and the variety and quality seems to be the same across the board for the puffs and melts.
My DS loves his puffs! It only took him a couple of days to figure out how to pick them up. They are great for practicing motor skills, and they are easier to eat without teeth than Cheerios. We have gotten the Target brand and like them.
My LO was able to eat these right when we started solids (6 mo), and he still loves them! He likes the sweet potato, blueberry, and banana flavors. He hates purees, so we are do tiny bits of soft solids with him anyway...

We have not tried them yet but I'm familiar with them from my daycare days. Just bigger & more flavorful than cheerios. LO likes cheerios so I'm sure if I ever decide to buy some she'll eat these too. I just tend to buy food we can all eat and I eat c
Been giving these to our little guy as snacks. I'm still breaking them up into thirds or even quarters. It helps if you put the melts in the side of their mouth, against their cheek. By the time they get it to the middle of their mouth,
My kid is going to turn into a puff any day now. We call her our little puff monster. She LOVES them. We get the $1 Kroger ones for now, she eats many of them but a lot still end up on the floor. I think once she stops dropping so many we might try the Ea
Yes these are to help them learn to self feed, pick up small objects and chew. My LO has no teeth at 7 1/2 months and she eats these. I give her a few on her tray at breakfast and she is now picking them up and eating them on her own. They dissolve very q
I have been giving my LO the Kroger brand ones. Good snack to throw in diaper bag while out, or just mid day snack. Really has no nutritional value, but teaches them concept of eating solids and introduces the texture. Not a filling snack though.

I have used both the Gerber and HEB brands. They are very easy for them to eat and melt just about instantly. Just be careful of them picking up a handful and shoving it into their face at one time. Mine do that all the darn time. &nb
