Hi Fellow Parents!
In addition to being a mom to a very spirited and smiley 13 month old boy, I am a psychology researcher at the University of Minnesota. I study how couples communicate with each other in the modern world?
Does how we communicate with our partners matter? What role does electronic communication play in our perceptions of our partners? Is old-fashioned hand-written communication better? These are the questions guiding my work!
If you and your partner might be interested in participating, please let me know. You and your partner must both be at least 18 years of age and native English speakers. The study involves completing an online questionnaire, and then coming for a brief lab visit at the University of Minnesota's Psychology Department. For more information, email me at couples@umn.edu or howl0029@umn.edu.
Thank you!
