Auto Immune Testing?

Good morning ladies.

My RE ordered some auto immune testing for me since I only have one remaining donor embryo at the moment, and I have some questionable other health issues. This is a whole new world to me, but my current RE's nurse is not very responsive when I ask too many questions  and hasn't responded to me (totally irritating to me and I wish I could go back to my original clinic, which I'm working on!!)

But in the meantime, I just have a lab order slip and wondering if anyone here is familiar with these tests and what they are actually testing for? Does this look about right for a auto-immune panel? 

Factor II, DNA Analysis

Factor V Leiden Mutation

Protein S-Functional

Beta-2 Glycoprotein I Ab, IgM

Beta-2 Glycoprotein I Ab, IgA

Beta-2 Glycoprotein I Ab, IgG

Anticardiolipin Ab, IgA, Qn 

Bonus points, and I know you can't say for sure, but do insurance companies generally cover these kinds of tests or is it usually a pain? Just your general opinion. :)

9/12/13 - DEmbryo FET #2. Thawed and transferred two beautiful blasts
9/17/13 - BFP @ 5dp6dt! EDD 05/31/14
 9/29/13 - m/c @ 5w1d. :(

11/19/13 - DEmbryo FET #3. Thawed and transferred one blast from each batch. Wow!
 11/23/13 - BFP @ 4dp6dt! EDD 8/7/13
Beta #1 @ 13dp6dt - 522  Beta #2 @ 16dp6dt - 1373 
6w5d ultrasound showed one perfect baby with a beautiful heartbeat of 134bpm!

    I actually just had all these tests done yesterday. My Dr is checking for auto immune and blood clotting disorders. The list is almost exact to yours. I called my insurance with all the codes for the diagnosis and procedures and they were all covered.

    And just to add, mine required 13 vials of blood. So be prepared by eating beforehand. I got a little dizzy afterward.

    I just had my workup with the RI.  I had 22 vials drawn for 26 tests.  I really didn't get woozy, and she got ti with one stick (I was impressed!) They also gave me a juice right afterward, so I think that helped.  This is the list of wh

    Me:29 DH:29  TTC since 1/11 Dx: unexplained IF/early DOR/immune issues 
    Feb'12- July'12-testing(all clear minus slight arcuate ute), 3 IUI with clomid all BFN
    8/30IVF#1 Antagonist protocol- ER 9/11-8R, 7M, 5F. 
    ET 9/14 2 embies transferred. 1 10cell Grade 4, 1 8cell Grade 4. No frosties. BFN
    IVF#2 Antagonist protocol plus baby aspirin- ER 12/5-16R, 12M, 8F!
    ET 12/10 5dt! 1 fully expanded blast & 1 early blast. No frosties. BFN
    3/13 hysteroscopy & polypectomy, Consulted w Dr. Kwak-Kim.  
    DX: High NK cells, cytokines, DHEAs& PAI1;  hypothyroid, +APA, restricted bloodflow

    Hey Liz!

    After my WTF appt on Thursday, I was also given a list of tests like these to have done before my next transfer.  Haven't had it done yet, and do not have any info on prices, just figured we could compare lists. :-)
