Pre-school prep workbook recommendations?

I am looking for advice if anyone has had a good experience with a workbook for preschoolers that I can use to help my DD get prepared for school.  Please don't reply with things like, "Don't push her...no need to prep her, etc." I have already made the decision to start helping her learn to read, write, follow directions, draw shapes, etc.  Just looking for a good resource if anyone knows of one.  Thanks! :)

  • I taught both of my kids to read during preschool, but I never found workbooks to be that helpful.  We had them around, but they weren't what I used for teaching them literacy skills.  I just played games and made my own materials.  When

  • I really love the Kumon workbooks but the cost adds up since DS can blow through the entire thing in a day. I've found some great dry erase workbooks at Target. Also check Pinterest. There are a ton the free printables that teach tracing, letter/number re
