My SS 12 and SD 8 live overseas with their mom and her H. Since she remarried, she had a DS. I think the kids are kind of indifferent about their brother. They don't have a lot to say about him and kind of stick to themselves at home. They get along well with my DS 13.
Anyway, we are 7 weeks pregnant and plan to tell SKs at the end of the 1st trimester. My son found out by accident BTW.
Being that we will be seeing them in June when they come to the states, should we wait till then or tell them before they might see the evidence of such and be shocked? I don't really want to spring it on them and take away from their visit with their dad. But I don't really know how we should handle telling them on Skype either.
What is everyone else's experience with this?
