Cell phone picture resolution. A ?

I'm trying to order prints of pictures taken with our cell phones. Some of them are flagged as being too low resolution. Is there any way to fix them so they're high enough resolution to print out (4x6) or am I sol?

    Wow I think too you cannot do anything. You're supose to fix the resolution before taking the picture. Can you get some photo paper and print them at your house and see how they look? Or maybe go to an Office Depot or Office Max maybe they could help. Whe

    Thanks for the replies. I might try office depot, I never thought about there. Or do it at home so I can try to make it an irregular size.
