IUGR Question

in High-Risk Pregnancy
I am 27 weeks and my midwife told me today that my baby is measuring small.  She mentioned IUGR and is sending me to get an ultrasound from a specialist.  She said not to be overly concerned, but of course I am.  Is there anyone on this board who has some insight on IUGR?  Thanks in advance for any help.
