Need Book Suggestions Please!!

I am two weeks into my second trimester and am looking for a good book to read about being pregnant. I have read so many reviews on so many books but don't really know which one will fit what I am looking for. I am looking for a book that isn't going to scare me into sitting at home in fear of something happening to my baby (I already had a miscarriage). I also dont want a book that is too light and doesn't give me enough info.

Please Help! I am a first time mother and I could really use some knowledge about what to expect.

I read a ton of reviews on Amazon and I had ordered The Pregnancy Book by William and Martha Sears. Also, my insurance company sent me a free copy of Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy. Both books are very informative.

The Mayo Clinic book is great.

Also the Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy is entertaining.

More votes for the Mayo book and Heading Home with Your Newborn. The Mayo book is very comprehensive, presented in a logical order, and doesn't use overly scary language.

I like Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy too. I did read about things in there I hadn't read elsewhere and it is very approachable and non-threatening.

Thought I'd pop in and suggest Pregnancy day by day. It's huuuuuuge, but has tons of great info in easy-to-digest daily bits. I admit I often read ahead and read the labor section months ago. Even as a STM, I learned some things (like what a "pudendal" is
