Herniated disc pain already!

Have any of you been dealing with a herniated disc. I've had them for 6 years now and just finally got a diagnosis last summer. Now that I'm pregnant I feel sore all over and my hips and lower back hurt so bad. What can I do?

  • Go get evaluated by a PT. They can tease out your pain and make sure it is really coming from the disc and then give you exercises to help.

  • I herniated a disc about 3 years ago and ended up needing surgery.  For the most part, that relieved my pain but I know how it feels and it's awful!

    I second the recommendations to see a physical therapist.  If you have health insurance
