Freak out - Food related???

Hey guys, need to hear what you think... my kid just had the BIGGEST bed time melt down ever . She wasn't particularly over tired, had eaten a good supper and was in a great mood prior.  The only things different about today than usual: 1) she has a cold that is causing some chest congestion. 2) She had cucumber at lunch today for the first time. 3) She slept on the floor with her nap mat for the first time at daycare today.

She had one fart in that freakout - but not the kind that usually elicits a freak out over gas.  Could it be from the cucumber?  Thanks!!

    I think...you have a toddler now. Haha we have meltdowns daily. But really, Colton gets crazy and cranky when he is constipated so it very well could be her tummy or a combination of all of the things.

    DS gets like that sometimes - usually a change in routine.  It would be the nap mat here, not the cucumber.

    I believe cucumbers can cause gas.
    As well as cauliflower and broccoli.
