My doctor says it is fine until i get to about 20 weeks and then she was only concerned about my balance and comfort. Does anyone have any experience with this? I was an avid long distance runner before i got pregnant. Now my "long" run is 5 miles, and being a worry wart i get overly concerned about my LO.

I ran the whole pregnancy, though my little man did arrive at 35 weeks. I was feeling great! Just beware of bladder infections (UTIs) and dehydration - triggered preterm labor for me. Listen to your body (and doctor) and drink water, drink water, dr
37 weeks and running 3 miles at least twice a week (goal of three times per week, though!). I had a lot of RLP in second tri and the support belt really helped. Oddly enough, in 3rd tri, the pain has lessened and I no longer have to pee every half mile
