What heart rate were you told to keep under when pregnant? I have always heard 140, but I find it hard to keep it below that and still get a good work out.
I was never given a heart rate limit. Based on what I read at the time, the 140 bpm rate most pregnant ladies with no complications are given is based on outdated/no research. There is a book written by a guy who did research

I agree with the pp. My ob said that the heart rate concern was rather outdated too. I mean, use common sense and don't kill yourselfI think then you'll be fine.
