I wanted to compare advice from your ob about running.
Mine just said that I could continue to run reasonably with modified effort until I can't see my feet due to the higher likelyhood of trauma to my stomach from a fall and resulting fetal injury or demise.
Eta: I just realized I almost cant see my feet now from my boobs! I don't think that counts :
My nurse practitioner said I could keep running until I wasn't comfortable running anymore. I'm not pushing it and I've slowed down. She didn't say when I'd have to stop or tell me to do anything differently.

I haven't ran since I went to my first appointment. My doc said to keep my heart rate below 145 and that is almost impossible even with walking. That is the one thing I really miss is running. I feel like its going to take me forever to get back to where

Mine told me I shouldn't push myself no sprinting but I can run at a comfortable pace. I'm doing a quarter marathon in May was supposed to be a half but I switched to the half relay and I know I'll probably end up doing a run/walk and not going for any P
