Anyone have any insight on what just happened to me? It hasn't happened before, so if it becomes a regular thing, I will definitely call, and I will mention it to my MW on Friday, but since it was just one time I don't want to overreact.
So I was sitting at my desk. All of a sudden, I just got hit with a wave of nausea and lots of little burps. I pulled the trash can over, but thankfully did not need to use it. Then, I got hit with a massive hot flash--I just felt like my face was burning up and my arms were clammy. I was also lightheaded and a bit dizzy. This lasted maybe 3-5 minutes (although it felt like a lot longer) and then my temperature went back to normal and the nausea passed.
I was finally able to move to sit on the floor with my head on the chair for about 20 minutes until the dizziness/light-headedness passed.
My blood pressure has always been fine. I have had plenty to eat and drink today.
Any ideas?
