We are currently in the process of doing our first IUI, and things keep getting more and more frustrating. I am not sure if I am making a big deal out of it because its still very unfamiliar to me, or if it is indeed cause for concern.
I had lap surgery to remove endo and to open my cervix (scarred closed from Leep in 2006) on February 7th. I had AF on day 29 like normal, which was 4 days after the surgery. My cycles were 29 days and positive OPK were on day 15. Even though I wasn't actually getting rid of AF, I could tell when I should have because of the intense pain and pressure from the build up inside...
Anyways, So my second AF was on Monday March 25th (first full cycle after surgery was 35 days). As of now I am on day 15. I went for my first u/s on day 12, and I had a 7mm follie and an 11.5mm follie. I am not medicated because the only issue thus far was the cervical scar tissue/opening and getting sperm past it. Today was u/s #2 and the 7 stopped growing and the 11.5 went to 13.7 only! I go back for u/s #3 on thursday or day 18...
I'm frustrated because my follie barely even grew in those days. I'm hoping that maybe this is going to be a longer cycle again and maybe size will start increasing so we can actually follow through with our first IUI. If not, they are canceling this cycle and I will be on clomid next cycle... On top of that, there is already more fluid/build-up in my uterus & cervix AGAIN. They said we will discuss more about that on Thursday. Who knows what that means
Re: First IUI and frustrated...
Last cycle I went in for monitoring on CD12 an was already surging with a 22ml follie. I went in for my first IUI on CD13.
This cycle I went in on CD11 and had 3, an 10, 11, and 12. I went back

It means a lot to me. Hearing that there is build up again sucks because it means my cervix
Like Runforcookies, my three medicated cycles have all been very different. On #1 I went in on cd9 and had follicles at 16 and 23- triggered that night. On #2 I went in on cd9 and they were at 11 and
