I'm not alone, right? Other people...um...fudge the truth to their LOs?

Technically, I didn't lie to DS, but I certainly didn't correct him when he thought that the chicken I made for dinner was bread. More bread, DS? Sure! I'll give you more "bread."

Anyone else?

    I do this all the time with food and the kids. haha, I let them think what they want to think. What's the point of correcting them when it could prevent them from eating healthy?

    Guilty.

    Anything that has a pink tinge to it is "ketchup-". For instance, if I mix carrots in my mashed potatoes, I tell the girls they're ketchup potatoes.

    LOL, yes. 

    Another one not food-related - "Mommy's just running upstairs for a minute, I'll be right back."  And then I go to the bathroom, get a shower, get dressed, and hope that she gets distracted while she's playing with DH.
