  Oh yeah, as much as I want to try and think positive, I'm scared! Have you taken any birth classes or anything? That's helped calm my fears a bit, hearing about other people's success stories and knowing what to expect.

  As hard as it might be try not to obsess about it too much and try not to look at birth like it's a scary thing.  I did Bradley classes and it really helped me to visualize what was happening to my body and know that it was normal.  And&nbs
