My mom takes Nolan on Sundays and MIL is supposed to watch him on Mondays but has flaked out last minute almost every week. DH just took a new job that will really increase our income, but we will now need childcare Monday-Wednesday. We need someone reliable.
My issue is, I work in law enforcement. It has really messed me up. I have some major trust issues and the thought of leaving him with someone I don't know makes me so nervous. ETA: This is only a temporary situation. I will not be returning to work after DS #2 is born, which is why DH switched jobs in the first place. It sets us up a lot better. We just need something to get us through until the beginning of August.
