Late night craving......

It is 11:42pm here and I should be in bed. All I can think about is lasagna. *sighs* I could make some, but that will take a bit. I could make the "cupcake" version and be eating it in 20 minutes, but the oven and I do not always get along... Well, more like the heat detector. I swear it is picky. I never know when my oven will set it off. Hmm.... I want it REALLY bad though.

    I used the oven and just kept my fingers crossed. lol

    I made up some extra to freeze. I do my best to stay away from a lot of processed meals.
