Has anyone tried 123 Magic?

I just purchased this book and started reading it last night.  Wondering if anyone else has used it and if you had success?  How old were your kids and any tips for me?  Thanks so much!!

    From what I read online, we use a version of it.  When I use it, I clearly state the action I want and the consequence before counting.  I stop when he complies.  We started it around two, two and a half.  Ds sometimes tells me not to

    I bought the book but honestly never finished reading it just b/c I didn't have time.  However, counting definitely works for me.  I've never hit three with my kids, I wouldn't know what to do if I did!  I find myself starting to count w

    We've used it for over a year. Consistency and follow through are imperitive. It does work for us. I haven't read it in awhile. I should pick it back up now that he is older. Good luck!

    We have just started and I think it is working pretty well. We had a lot of time outs the first day, but now she usually stops by 2. I like that you're supposed to keep your calm. I think I might count a little too sternly, though if I don't change my ton
