Gum care

Are you guys cleaning your baby's gums before they have teeth? If so, are you just using a washcloth or one of those finger covers? And how often?

  • My doctor told us we should start cleaning her gums with a finger cover by the time DD is 4 months old. I'll probably shoot for doing it twice a day, and definitely before bed.
    PCOS with long, irregular cycles
    First round of Clomid in May 2012= BFP #1, DD born January 2013 
    BFP #2 in January 2014, DS born September 2014

  • I wash his hands and his face twice a day. I wipe his gums down when I wash his face.
