I just got my thermometer not too long ago, and I kind of started temping on CD 18, but really(after I did a lot more reading over the weekend!) on CD 23. I'm on CD 28 today. My chart isn't much, but I'm still trying to figure things out.
My question is- what is "normal" for pre-O and post-O temps? Is there a "normal" range for either one? Of course, I don't know if I O'd before I started temping/taking temping seriously or not. I just don't know if I should start using my OPK's or if it would be a waste of time/OPK's. My last cycle was 27 days, and before that I was on BCP. What do bumpies say?
Thanks!
Re: charting/temping question
There really is no "normal" pre-O or post-O. Not only is each woman different, but each cycle for each woman is different. My pre-O and post-O temps can vary by half a degree from cycle to cycle. I do think that OPKs would be a waste
