I need a laugh, FFS.

My dad and grandma are down from MN for a visit.  They are staying at a local hotel, because it's easier with my grandma's Parkinson's.  Not 5 years ago, my grandma was a very active and capable firecracker.  She is now 100% dependent and can barely talk.  It's fuccking depressing.  On top of that, we get a call a young family member from up north died from a heroin overdose.  I started AF a week early--WTF, body! Andplusalso, N is a crabby, teething monster right now. 

I know, pity party of one.  But dammit, I hate when shiit all happens at once.  I'm totally drinking tonight.  Watch out for possible drunk bumping later.

    That sucks, I'm sorry. You can take my grandma if you want... She's fully functioning, just a gigantic PITA. I just had my one and only glass of wine for the weekend. At least you can drink!

    I'm sorry, Missy.  That is a lot to deal with at once and totally sucks.  I hope the alcohol helps (although haven't you said you've been having issues with alcohol lately?).

    Thanks, ladies. I have been battling with the booze lately, but I've found rum is okay. For now. I just had a cinnabon martini. Twas delicious. Onto a banana nut bread martini.
