Feels like a full triathlon now. I can barely move after simply raking yesterday.

    Tell me about it. About 2 weeks ago we spent the better part of a Saturday sodding a part of our backyard and I felt like I had been hit by a truck later that day and the following day. 

    I still have a ton of gardening, setting up the patio

    So rough! I just picked up sticks yesterday and I too was hit by the same 18 wheeler. Granted it was a lot of sticks in three acres but holy Moses.
