16wks today and still a secret

I haven't told my family yet bcse I'm scared. I'm a walking high risk disasters who's misfortunes always happens at 20wks. I'm excited and want to shout it to the world but I don't want to get hopes up and it goes wrong. So far there's no signs of pre clampsia, I had my cerclage done 2wks ago, I'm on BP meds and that's controlled, and so far my heart is handling the pregnancy, but everything going so smoothly I'm waiting for the bad news.
Has anyone else hidden a pregnancy and for how long?
