I didn't host my own, my family did. I'm not quite sure about doing it yourself. I now etiquette is you should not, but I wouldn't think anything about it if one of my friends did. I guess I kind of see it as that's what people do when they get pregn

I asked the host to have it be a Coed BBQ. Since we're having a girl, i'm also highly suggesting not too much pink so the guys don't feel weird. Dh and I are big on socializing vs party games, so keeping it simple.
