How long can I use a bottle/nipple for? Do they need to be replaced after a couple months? Or can they be used as long as they are in good repair? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but thanks in advance for anyone who answers.

They are fine for the time they are used. I know that if you save the bottles for another baby you have to replace the nipples, but for this baby they are fine.

I use them if they are in good condition, but always replace them for the next baby. I also found this link

I use Avent and they say 3 months. I'd look at your packaging to check for your brand. With my 1st I remember he went from slow flow to medium to fast every 3 months. I probably used the last set of nipples longer than recommended.

You can use them as long as they are in good condition! We used the same ones with DS that we are using for DD and no issues! Just be sure to clean them well!
