Plug in Fischer Price Cradle and Swing

How many people have had problems with the motor? DH and I just scored one on Craigslist yesterday new in the box but my sister told me she heard lots of people have problems with the motor. Now I'm debating whether to keep it or not. Thoughts?

We got one on craigslist and we use it several hours a week. We haven't had any problems. DS has chronic ear infections and this thing is helping us get through until we get tubes next week. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this thing.

Our my little lamb platinum has a horrible motor and we've only had it 5 months. Our fisher price zen we've used 2 years now and it's awesome.

We had the My Little Snugabunny swing and the motor died after six months of daily use. Fisher Price sent a replacement motor at no charge. We just packed it all away for baby #2.

I have a Fisher Price Plug In (the Ocean Wonders) and it has worked perfectly. We used it for DS for 9 months and plan to use it again with this one. I did see it had some bad reviews online for the motor, but it wasn't our experience.

We have the FP Snugabunny swing and used it all of the time. My daughter was 9lb at birth, so that motor went through a lot. It is now being used by my cousin, who's son was also 9lb at birth....still no problems with it
