Baby Clothes

My DS is just now starting to grow out of his 0-3 month clothes. Most of his footed pajamas are way too short and do not allow him to extend his legs. The non-footed ones are at his knees.  The widths are just fine because he is not chubby.   According to the pediatrician, he is in the 99th percentile for his height and 87th for his weight, so he is a big boy.  I am struggling to find clothes to fit him because he does not yet fit into the 6 month clothes. Do you ladies have any suggestions on what to do or any particular brands to try that may run longer?

    I've heard that Carter's run long. I wish I could give you more but my boy is the opposite. He's short and skinny. Hoping that changes soon!

    If you can hold out a few weeks, you can do 0-3 mo summer stuff, the little shorts outfits will fit fine.  Gymboree stuff runs long too. My mom buys the boys that brand and they are always huge because I have short children. :)

    i'm in the same boat...my baby is 'off the charts' for height (at one point he was 99th percentile but now it is beyond that and just says "high" and in the 80s for weight so everything is short length-wise but baggy width-wise. i'm going to look into get

    I also have a long, skinny baby. Gap fits the best. Carter's is short.

    I think Gap is longer and skinnier because it works for my guy who has that build. We are in 3 to 6 months at just shy of 5 weeks. Gymboree also is bigger, but both in length and width, IMO. We've always thought Carter's was short and fat, lol.

    Can you just get the 3 month size that Carter's and target have? That's pretty much what my kid lives in right now.

    i do not have your problem mine is 2 months and barely growing out of newborn. however. i'm thinking you could buy him leg warmers i got a bunch for cheap on etsy to wear with onesies for daytime and then buy some sleep sacks for bedtime?

    3-6m should fit him...that's kind of the in between size to 3m and 6m
