OPK Positive on Monday, AF on Friday,WTH!!

Okay so this is kind of long so I apoligize. DH and I have been TTC since Sept., I got pregnant in Nov. but miscarried at 6 wks. 1 day ( 4 days before Christmas mind you, ugh! ). I started doing OPK's this month since my cycles have been kind of funny. I got the Clear Blue Easy tests that show high fertility and also peak fertility. I got the high fertility for 7 days in a row ( seems like a long time for high ferility so I called Clear Blue and they told me to continue testing ) and then on Monday I got the peak fertility and was sooooo excited and got right to business. Then when I woke up on Friday morning I was greeted by AF!!! Has anyone else experienced this?!?! I called my dr. on Friday but they were closed for Good Friday. I plan on calling again on Monday. TIA!!

You could have just ovulated really late. Mine tended to be all across the board while TTC, anywhere from CD10 to CD20.

My OPKs stay positive for quite a few days. It will stay positive even if you have already ovulated. I would recommend charting so you can see how long you LP is and then you will have a much better understanding of your cycle. If our LP
