I am on an emotional rollarcoaster. I am in the 6 or 7th week of my first pregnancy and keep freaking out! Not really about the pregnancy but the littlest thing make me cry or get furious. Its bad and i dont wana put strain on my relationship. Any tips on how to keep my cool? And is it true that the body gives off a hormone that is bad for the baby when you are stressing out? Help!
Deep breaths. You are probably thinking of cortisol. The situations that would cause marked and frequent issues with raised cortisol are going to be significantly more than everyday stresses.
Don't flip out but here is an article on stress hormones for your info. Again, you'd have to prolonged exposure and much more than the average pregnant woman faces on a daily basis to harm your baby.
