  Last time around my midwife told me when it got uncomfortable or by 20 weeks, same with your back.

  I asked my doctor and he said the same thing. When ever it becomes uncomfortable.

  I just read about this. They say that when your belly starts getting heavy, in the second trimester. There is a danger of stopping blood flow to your heart because the uterus is in a vein or something like that

  I was told to start sleeping on my side, now. Better to go ahead and get in the habit. But also, you can cut off blood flow to the baby when sleeping on your stomach or back. You should not lie flat.
