Easter Chart Stalk?

I got a + OPK this AM, but no temp spike yet. Am I about to O?  Or, do you think I'm out this cycle? 
When I was TTC my DS, I had a handful of cycles without O.

 And, FYI, the open circles are mostly due to temping without 3hrs sleep due to DS.

    Sorry, but there's no way to know for sure at this point. Usually (but definitely not always) you'll get a temp spike a day or two after your first positive OPK if you are actually ovulating .You just need to keep temping and using the OPKs until you s
