Evening Primrose Oil

How many milligrams do you take?
My MW told me to take 1000 but online they suggest a much higher dose. Could it be because I'm not 36 weeks yet? Im 35 and 4 if you cant see my ticker.

PS I am having issues with mild hypertension and they want me to go earlier rather than later.

    I'm not sure about dosage, but inserting an EPO capsule vaginally at night has helped a few of my friends.

    my midwife suggested 1000-1500 daily so i took 1000 orally in the morning and then 500 vaginally before bed. i had a very soft cervix when i was induced for my pre e with ds.

    My MWs suggested 3000 mg per day. 1000 mg three times. I also inserted one capsule at night. My water broke at 38 weeks, 5 days and my baby was born at 39 weeks exactly. I am not sure I would do the internal capsule again. PROM is no fun.

    My MW told me to start taking three 1500 mg pills per day starting at week 37.
