Pelvis ache

My lo is almost 4 weeks old and I am still having some discomfort in my pelvis. It aches when I walk and has even popped a couple times when I've stretched. I has similar discomfort toward the end of my pregnancy and my ob said it was my pelvis widening for birth.

Anyone have similar discomfort? And to clarify it isn't a stabbing pain or surface pain. It is definitely a deep discomfort, like where the actual pelvis bone is.

Yes. I had pretty intense pelvic pain with both pregnancies and it takes a while to heal, and for the ligaments and such to tighten back up (that will explain the "popping"), after you give birth.
