My 1st pp period should be here in a couple days (according to my bc pill) and I am already getting the worst cramps and back pain. I hardly ever had cramps before, so I'm guessing a pill side effect. So not fun.

    Not fun but at least you know its coming. I have had mild ramping for days and nothing yet. I got an IUD for the first time so I'm curios how my body will respond.

    I used to get the WORST cramps. Usually had to stay home sick they were so bad. I went on the pill to help with them and it really did. I think a lot of women just have worse periods post childbirth.

    hate that you're going through the crazy cramping! though it may not be because of the pill...i've heard the first couple pp periods can be quite wonky!
