Exersize anyone?

what all are you doing?

i am going to start walking for 20 minutes 3 times a week and a prenatal workout video also

   EDD for #2 is December 8th, 2013, so excited for our 2nd team green baby!

  • I'm going to continue my normal activities, which are walking the dog about an hour a day and biking.  At some point the belly will become an issue for biking, but I think that's months down the road. I will be adding kegels to my workout!

  • I run :)  I've not done it as much, but I've been super busy and tired.

  • I'm going to keep doing Zumba as long as I can from home so I can take a lot of bathroom breaks the jumping around is already doing a number on my bladder! and then switch over to something less energetic, like yoga, and walking
  • I'm going to keep up my current schedule as best I can. CrossFit 5-6 days a week, running 2-3 (usually 2) days a week. My last two runs were already slower though!

  • Continuing normal routine just toning it down, which means jogging, and light weights.
