I'm going to continue my normal activities, which are walking the dog about an hour a day and biking. At some point the belly will become an issue for biking, but I think that's months down the road. I will be adding kegels to my workout!
I'm going to keep doing Zumba as long as I can from home so I can take a lot of bathroom breaks the jumping around is already doing a number on my bladder! and then switch over to something less energetic, like yoga, and walking
I'm going to keep up my current schedule as best I can. CrossFit 5-6 days a week, running 2-3 (usually 2) days a week. My last two runs were already slower though!
