Your carrot cake is the shizz!! Everyone told me it was delicious (I don't eat carrot cake, I made it for an Easter get-together) But you're right, it is very moist! Everyone kept asking me how I made it and I told them I added I used sunshine from the brightside! lol
PS- This was the first time I have ever made it, and I am very happy with how it turned out! Thanks so much!
